Healing.
Hope. Strength.

I grew up with a dad who wasn’t there. I still love him, but I don’t let that absence define me. No one teaches you how to live with the kind of wound father rejection leaves — the ache that sits in your bones, in your relationships, in the way you see yourself. I smiled, I showed up, and I told myself I was fine — all while carrying a quiet ache I didn’t know how to name.

God has a way of meeting us in the places we avoid. For me, it hit when I could no longer outrun the pain. I stopped pretending. I faced it. I laid every wound I’d carried for years into His hands. That’s when faith stopped being just something I believed — it became what held me steady, redefined me, and set me free.

Today, I live rooted in a truth I didn’t always know: rejection doesn’t get the final word — God does. Healing is possible. Identity can be reclaimed. Strength can rise from what once felt broken.

Simply Worth Her™ exists for women who know this ache and are ready to stop carrying it alone, not to erase the past, but to live free from its power. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to rush. You just have to be willing to start — showing up for yourself, even if it’s messy, even if it hurts.
