Your Past Doesn't Have to Control Your Life

Feeling unseen, insecure, or stuck in unhealthy patterns doesn’t define who you are.

God can still bring healing, hope, and a new story.

I share my journey and what I’m learning to help women who look like they have it together but feel stuck, insecure, or caught in unhealthy patterns rebuild their confidence and move forward with God.

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of the past—
to look fine on the outside, but feel like something is off on the inside.

For years, it showed up in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time—
self-doubt, unhealthy relationships, anxiety, and constantly questioning my worth.
I was trying to build a life while still carrying things I had never really healed from.

But little by little, things started to change.
I began doing the work—emotionally and spiritually.

I earned a master’s degree.
Built a strong, healthy marriage.
Became debt free.
And most importantly, started learning how to truly walk in God’s love and purpose for my life.

I’m still growing. I’m still learning. I’m not perfect.

But I’ve come far enough to know this:
your past may explain you—but it doesn’t have to define you.

This space is where we talk about the real things—
the patterns, the pain, the choices, and the healing that comes after.
